After several emails to them (all of which were ignored!), I finally got my code after I sent another email saying that I would have to open a paypal dispute. The instant code sales pitch is a complete lie, with the "Security checks" just to make it seems as it's not there fault. Essentially they are sending the codes that are on a Database, when these ones run out they will send out the email stating checks are in place whilst some guy is updating the database (Or taking a nap). Obviously they only have limited stocks day to day so they will run out. I continue to use these sites sine MS don't acccept my card and my local shop doesn't sell prepaid cards. Its a shame these sites lie opposed to being honest and giving an ETA. On the whole though you get what you pay for eventually, never taken longer than a day. Granted, wasn't instantly but that's well explained by the guy talking about paypal policy. It makes sense! If you could purchase with another method, such as directly from payment card then it would be instant.
