Instant Xbox Live Codes?
Yesturday I tried to renew my xbox live gold membership using www.instantlivecodes.com as they were cheap. I was wary of buying xbox live codes from anyone but microsoft. After some googling I found some other peoples positive feedback of instantlivecodes.com so I thought I’d try it.
I paid for a 12+1 months gold subscription at through paypal at 11:00 and recieved an email asking me to reply and confirm who I was. I did this straight away and waited for my instant xbox live code to be emailed to me. At 16:00 I’d still not recieved a code so sent an another email. 20:00 still no answer, send another email. At this point I thought that I had been tricked and was never going to get my instant live code from this site.
Finally, I did get it. The email was sent at 6:10 the next morning, 19 hours later. This wasn’t a problem just very misleading. The support pages says:
Q, I want my 12+1 Xbox Live membership . Like, right now! Do I HAVE to wait?
A, All Xbox Live membership codes are emailed to you instantly, please check inbox as soon as you’ve payment.
This just isn’t true. I’m not telling people to not use this company, just to expect a wait for XBL memebership.
Chris, I had similar problems getting my XBL Membership. The first time I bought one online, my email really WAS instant. Not so long ago though when I renewed, I waited and waited thinking I’d been scammed. At least you have it now
Chris, i’ve used them a few times and my codes have been received instantly apart from my last one. I remember receiving an email not along ago say it was because of Paypal’s policy that meant all transactions needed to be checked and confirmed. I remember when they first started the site was on auto p codes came flying to my inbox. This isnt a complaint just an explanation as to why things have changed. I still recommend using them as I’ve always received my code, as most “new” sites cant be trusted or take days sending the code.
I have just purchased a code and am still waiting for it 2 hours later. I got an email saying i had to provide personal details for Paypal to verify I was the account holder. I didn’t really feel comfortable giving out details so came on to check if others had the same problem! luckily it sounds like a common thing. Hopefully i’ll get the code emailed through soon!!
what do i say in the email after i have purcahsed the code using paypal ?
hi i brought a 3 month code of this website on the 1/03/2009 got email saying i needed to send details and i am still wating for the code its now the 03/03/2009 and still no code i think i been tricked so beware from this site
I paid on http://www.instantlivecode.com for my xbox live membership 4 days ago and still no code even though the money was taken out of my paypal account 4 days ago! I managed to get the guys number but he just said it wasnt his site even though its registered to him with his address and phone number! He then blanked my calls. AVOID instantlivecodes – he’s a lying robbin scumbag. I’m waiting over 2 weeks for my codes despite having paid for them.
Hi, I was a little concerned at the mixed feed-back on here. I went ahead on the xboxlivecodes sight and they emailed me my code instantly. If you had to wait more than a few hours it may have been bad luck. I’m happy with how the transaction worked and I’m happy that I didn’t have to get ripped off by Msoft again!!

i bought it at 6pm roughly
and im still waiting for the code to be sent
if it does take time then i hope i get by early tommorow otherwise i will be angry and report the site because i really needed it like today
I brought my XBL membership on instantlivecodes.com and it was pretty good service. at first i was unsure but i brought it anyway and then when i didn’t get my “instant” service i read some posts of people stating they never got their codes.
As long as your details are correct your confirmation email will arrive in a matter of seconds. then you MUST e-mail sales@instantlivecodes.com so they can process it quickly. the service is misleading but i got the code within an half and hour without moving off my butt…great value!!

Be warned this is NOT INSTANT and will take a lot of sorting out buy your membership from someone else.
I’m sitting here looking at my emails right now. I’ve been waiting for 5 hours and still no code!!! For the price they offer though I suppose I can’t really complain about waitng around for a few hours: much cheaper than Microsoft!

Ive been waiting for my code for over two days now and have sent three emails to which none have replies too.
Going to leave it another day before I ask paypal for a refund!
I have had problems with this company in the past, I alway use “perrycombover1″ found on ebay. Just look under communities and search for him; he has very good ratings. If you email him he emails straight back!

I bought a XBL membership from instantlivecodes.com i waited five days for my code with no joy, sent a few emails but got no response.I finally recieved my code today.
But when i put the code in and tried to redeem it, it said that this code had already been redeemed. i have sent 2 emails since then, again with no response.
I have had enough with this company and am going to open a dipute with paypal.
I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I buy my xbox live codes from http://www.cheapxboxlivecodes.com. I have used this company for the 3rd time and have never had any problems. They are always online to chat to buyers and help with problems. I will stick with these lot and recommend others to do so. They used to sell on ebay and so have very good feedback.

I bought a three month Xbox Live subscription as money is tight (need a job!), but will go back in three months time. Thanks
InstantLiveCodes worked great for me too! Granted, wasn’t instantly but that’s well explained by the guy talking about paypal policy. It makes sense! If you could purchase with another method, such as directly from payment card then it would be instant. Received the code nonetheless and was still quicker than if i’d ordered one off the internet as I was working all week! Plus it’s well cheap!
I have had some expierences with these type of sites, instantlivecodes and maximus. The instant code sales pitch is a complete lie, with the “Security checks” just to make it seems as it’s not there fault. Essentially they are sending the codes that are on a Database, when these ones run out they will send out the email stating checks are in place whilst some guy is updating the database (Or taking a nap).
Obviously they only have limited stocks day to day so they will run out. I continue to use these sites sine MS don’t acccept my card and my local shop doesn’t sell prepaid cards.
Its a shame these sites lie opposed to being honest and giving an ETA.
On the whole though you get what you pay for eventually, never taken longer than a day.
i have baught from this website 4 times now. the first 3 times, i got my codes within about 2 hours, and even then, it isnt instant????. and today i baught a code at about 10:00 am. and now is 10:45 pm, so nearly 13 hours and my code hasn’t arrived?. i emailed the website about 4 times. i did on the other purchases too because they didnt come instantly. and to this day, i have never had a reply!!. that is the last time im buying from them ! im just gooing to go shops and get it, yeah maybe it is a few quid more but at least your money is safe and you get what you want. god damn website.
I’ve just used them. After the promise of it being instant, I quickly bought a 12 month sub. After several emails to them (all of which were ignored!), I finally got my code after I sent another email saying that I would have to open a paypal dispute. Funny how within minutes of me sending that email, I got my code!
Complete joke of a service. It has been 24 hours EXACTLY now I have been waiting.

I have emailed them about 5 times in the last 24 hours. I am going to complain to pay pal now as these bunch of scammers have my money!!

DONT trust the site, i have been scammed on it for 2 xbox live codes that didnt even work, I even showed video proof and they didnt refund me!!!
